It's being reported that 4 teams have shown interest in the free agent, with one being the Seattle Seahawks. Do you think his current legal situation should play a factor in whether or not Seattle should consider possibly signing him?

I think the Seahawks are just doing due diligence. He was a highly rated 1st round prospect just 2 years ago both for who he is on and off the field. Not sure where he went wrong but if this is true I have to think the Seahawks really liked him in that draft process. If whatever happened is a one off this could be a great addition. Reports are he is best friends with Milroe.

Don't know the deets on his legal situation, but it should certainly have an affect on team interest.

How much do we believe agents this time of year, anyway? They've been known to fudge a bit on their facts.

They definitely lie, but I would assume that if his agent was lying about interest in his client, he would be a lot more vague, like saying several teams are interested, rather than mentioning them specifically.

Then it's a no. One would influence the other so why take the unnecessary chance.

JS made a call to inquire. ...maybe at the urging of JMilroe. This will go nowhere because the FO and coaches are too protective of culture. If the Lions cut him, there's enough to be worried about regardless of the unknowns.

I seriously doubt our third-string QB has that kind of pull. Schneider probably just thinks he's good.

Or perhaps more likely than not a cheap addition, with some ability as a starter.

Fairly sure this preseason is going to be a Milroe showcase to other teams...
I'm not so sure, I'm not in the building, but if it were up to me, I would give Lock as many reps as possible to keep him focused and involved as much as possible. Sure, JM will get his chances but IMHO this preseason is all about Sam and Drew in the QB spot. JM won't get many, if any, snaps with the 1rst team unless its some sort of "gadget possible" play. But, we'll see what TC brings, maybe things will change.

The new ownership say kidnapping is just an everyday thing in India. They can overlook it. S/

there's a "very good likelihood" Arnold will sign with a team within the next 45 days.

It doesn't sound like anyone's in a rush to make a decision. If it all blows over he'll be in demand. If not then he won't.
