This guy's gonna get his shot sooner rather than later. Who else can say they've coached under 2 guys, one of whom is regarded as the best offensive mind in the league today, and the other is arguably the best defensive mind in the league today? He's gonna be a hot commodity. Even though Detroit interviewed him and decided to hire someone else, I think that put him on the radar for other teams next off-season.

Yeah I think Jake is next up for a Head-coaching gig in the future.

Offensive pass game coordinator straight to head coach? Seems like a mighty big step to me. Or did you mean 'eventually', after being an O- or D-coordinator first?
