I get you... I guess. But this whole Fewest Carries of any 1000 yard rusher is... an odd.... metric? Every other rusher that was over/close him in yardage was within 10 carries. The ones with more carries and 40 more yards... still averaged more per carry.
You don't throw it to Zach in the Red Zone when he's in because he runs it in.. Still 180 receiving for him.
Carbs had 300 less yards, on 40 less carries, with more TDs
And when healthy.. was because.. he got to split time. The two times he wanted to be the man.. He could not be at the 220 mark at week 14 and survive. Thats why I didn't want to pay the 15 million, not because he didn't have ability.
And then we give 17 mil per year to a wr/kr who caught 22 balls in half a season with us for 0 TDs.
Sure, the kr / pr for tds were great. But game in and game out if I am gonna take a chance on a skill player being THE guy who can make our offense go and give him 15mil a year, it's not the kr / pr.
Even if Price pans out, the dollar allocation on that one makes little sense to me.
