The problem is no one has been able to beat him out. Several guards have tried.

I don’t post much, but need to make a comment. For those who’ve posted negatively about this young man’s mother, you should really look into the mirror. How do you feel attacking someone’s mother, because there’s not a chance in hell you would say it to his face. Maybe admin should let you think about it for a few days ban and reflect what a hawks fan really is.

Actually the "several guards" is Haynes and two 6th round draft picks (Sataoa, Cabeldue). So Basically it's just Haynes that is the sad part.

i LOVE this pick. his numbers are elite. i could care less that he has short arms. that just means his technique is double good to make up for it his whole life. rather have that than some guy who gets sloppy all the time. he will be a starter before midseason. you cant put up the numbers he did in the big ten and not be alot better than a 5th round pick.
Didn't allow a sack in 3 seasons, against very good competition. I don't care if his arms are 11 inches long.
