If this is paywalled, the lede is, "Rams star receiver Puka Nacua, who was involved in a string of off-the-field situations the last few months, including an alleged biting incident that led to a civil lawsuit, entered a rehabilitation care facility in March, his attorney confirmed Wednesday."

So I , myself think if Nacua admits he has a problem that he is willing to address, I applaud what he is doing.

Maybe cut the guy a little slack, you don't know what someone else's demons are.

A sincere desire to get help is admirable. I have family members that struggle with the same things you mentioned concerning your son.

I do however wonder if it was completely on his own accord, or possibly suggested/forced by the team.

Does it matter what the impetus was? Dude is getting help — that’s the ultimate goal.

Which is what Puka is doing...its a vacation for him. He needs a brain scan for cte...not much they can do for him just being a jerk.

He admits his problem would hurt a massive payday.. lets be real.. he isn't anything like your Son... your Son is an actual fighter.. this man is an overpaid twit trying to save his Image

Yes, it absolutely matters.

The simple answer is,
If he’s seeking help of his own accord his chance of success is far greater than if he’s being forced into rehab to save his job.

Anyone that has any experience with rehabilitation knows the the mindset and attitude of the individual is a key factor.

I have a hard time taking this seriously. He acts like an ass, pulls some crazy shit, then to absolve himself of responsibility, he goes in to rehab. It's the vogue thing to do.

I've been through rehab at Sundown M Ranch in Yakima, and that place is hallowed ground to me. With Puka, I don't see any sincerity, and I fear that he's not going to get anything out of it, because he's not ready.
