7 round mock from ESPN+ (Jordan Reid).
Wow this guy did a complete draft for all teams. Here's what he had for the Hawks:

18. Seattle Seahawks

Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
The Seahawks are entering the Sam Darnold-Cooper Kupp era after trading Geno Smith and DK Metcalf. Jaxon Smith-Njigba had a breakout sophomore season, but the team would still like another perimeter pass catcher and better interior offensive linemen. Golden would settle the former with his consistent hands, wide catch radius and 4.29 speed. He's a well-rounded route runner who emerged as the WR1 for Texas last season, finishing with 1,272 all-purpose yards (987 receiving).

50. Seattle Seahawks

Mason Taylor, TE, LSU
The Seahawks get another threat for Sam Darnold. Taylor set an LSU record for the most career receptions (129) and receiving yards (1,308) by a tight end. He's a smooth mover with excellent body control and an understanding of how to get open.

52. Seattle Seahawks (via PIT)

Marcus Mbow, OT/G, Purdue
The Seahawks go offensive line here, as Mbow is an athletic space player who would fit in new offensive coordinator Klink Kubiak's zone-blocking scheme. He projects best inside and allowed only one sack in 367 pass-blocking snaps last season.

82. Seattle Seahawks

Jared Wilson, C, Georgia
Wilson has trended upward since the combine and would be a solid second lineman for the Seahawks in this draft. Don't be surprised if he's off the board before this, though.

92. Seattle Seahawks (via LV/DET/NYJ)

Ty Robinson, DT, Nebraska
Robinson would factor into the Seahawks' defensive line rotation right away, serving as an early-down run defender.

137. Seattle Seahawks*: Zah Frazier, CB, UTSA
172. Seattle Seahawks*: Ollie Gordon II, RB, Oklahoma State
175. Seattle Seahawks*: Shemar James, LB, Florida
223. Seattle Seahawks (via PIT/NO/PHI): Dan Jackson, S, Georgia
234. Seattle Seahawks: Elijah Ponder, Edge, Cal Poly

That would actually be a great haul. I would probably prefer a different 1st round pick, but still I would be very excited for this rookie class.

If you were doing a challenge to achieve the best possible result while not taking OL before our third pick, it would be difficult to do better than that.

Yes, I'd prefer one of the higher ranked guards. I also agree with him, doubt Jared Wilson lasts that long. There are some good players in there for sure.

My ideal scenario would be to trade back, which normally I hate, but trade back and get one of the top guards. Then nobody's complaining about reaching. The top guards, including tackles that probably will move inside, will most likely be off the board by pick 50 imo. Leaving a second tier of talent to us. In this draft Mbow is somewhere around the 9th rated guard if including the tackles that are likely to move to guard. I hope they can do better than that.

There are also some receivers to be had later. I also like the idea of grabbing a DT in this class. I feel this draft was made for the interior trenches on both sides of the ball for us. I like the TE pick there too, I'd be happy if they landed any of the top 4.

Nice players but there are flaws. Mbow is best inside but he has stated he wants to play Tackle. Wilson won't fall that far, don't think Taylor will either.

Zah Frazier and Dan Jackson are both excellent picks. I like Shemar James but he is a bit undersized but solid player. Overall, nice draft, but likely unrealistic

I like it, but I would swap out Zabel or Donovan Jackson at 18 and take Jalyn Noel at 52.
