I would never boo Russ. He deserves too much respect for what he brought to Seattle. I do think he got consumed with his own ego and marrying a high profile woman with probably high image expectations just threw more gasoline on that ego fire of his. But his history and greatness in Seattle rises above those flames in my eyes and I can forgive the way he departed in Seattle. Forever thankful.
That's a fair opinion. There was a definite and distinct change in Russell's personality after he married Ciera. He went from the wholesome, high school sweetheart, girl next door type in his first marriage to a slutty, gang banger skank in his second wife.

But it doesn't erase what he did for our team from 2012-2015.

Well Vikings say they are out of the Rodgers pursuit, Flacco, Wilson, Cousins in a Trade, or a lower marquee QB as a back up and mentor to McCarthy now. Can't see them as a primary destination for Wilson, but in desperation to stay in the league and maybe fix his reputation of being difficult maybe.

“I personally think that Russell Wilson is your best choice. It’s gonna be a better offensive line room with [Troy Fautanu] coming back and moving [Broderick Jones] to left tackle. I’m thinking you’re looking at the best receiving corps you’re gonna have in a long time.”

Why can't we ever get a Gronk type of personality for the Seahawks? Lynch is cool, finally coming out of his makeshift shell...
Russ isn't even Russ, fake AF, after he divorced his wife to marry Ciara. Idk wtf Russ did, stepped in pile of stank, somewhere along his career path.

Winston to Giants.... to Backup? Wilson? Rodgers in Pitts today.... Browns want Carson...

Would it not be hilarious if the Giants ran with Winston and RW has no job to start the season? Thats gotta be a gut punch

Bridge burner, sigh.

Pete rather sign Geno than Wilson, after Wilson had arguably as good if not better 2024.
Tomlin willing to sign anyone but Wilson, even DK couldn't help. Peyton paid him to go away.

When you have Carrol, Tomlin, and Peyton, three HOF coaches who turned their backs on Wilson, it's hard to find employment.

This is a likely scenario…very sad what he did to his career. Tone deaf
That's my take, too. Russ has isolated himself from the rest of the world, lives in a bubble, mentally screens out anything negative, sees only the good things said about him, lives in the past. In other words, he's tone deaf. It's truly sad, because he's basically a good guy, or at least I feel he's a good guy. Such is life.

The agent has ONE client, Russell Wilson, he has ZERO connections in the league. What he does have, is an enemy, Mr. John Schneider who is extremely well connected.

With the Raiders, Seahawks, Giants, Jets, all signed their starting QB, and the Steeler will soon sign Rodgers. Poor Wilson has two last opportunities: the Colts and the Vikings, with the Vikings, he will likely backup JJ.
