Don't know much about Gallup & Patrick but it feels like anything less than Jenkins will be a disappointment.
Regardless, IMHO we still need to use #18 on an OL to solve the problem longer term and keep costs down.
Presently, we have a short window and later, day one of the draft before the concrete starts setting up.
