    Then I guess they aren't high iq people. They didn't bring Mcdonald in for a multi year rebuild . He was brought in to get a team with talent over the hump.

    Yep. Pete had a horrible roster when he got here. He had little talent. This roster was considered much more talented. I am ok with our record right now but not ok with the quality of play. If that makes sense.

    I understand that but....we were 9 and 8 last year and almost made the playoffs. Mike was brought in to get us over the hump because ownership believed that the team underperformed.
