    Disappointed JS couldn't trade down. Nobody available was worth #18. BPA with a nod to filling a need made this pick a no-brainer, imo. JS made the right decision.

    No doubt he's a big upgrade over Dre (whose signing I completely hated, compared to my ambivalence about this one). Of course, that assumes he's still got at least 2 decent years left in the "Tank". These older vet signings made by JS have almost always failed to provide value. I hope this one...

    As of this instant, I agree. But add in the draft capital and I think the team will have a better roster than last year. It all comes back to the OL - fix it and the Seahawks are a post-season contender. Or whiff for the 11th(?) time in a row and "We Suck Again!" Last chance, JS!!! (I hope)

    Same here. IF he stays healthy and IF the real contract is 2/3- of the early numbers, this could be a great signing. I think the odds are against it, but will hold out hope that it turns out well.

    Does Cowherd count as 1? He's the only one I've heard comment and he said Darnold is an upgrade. So, in my personal experience, 100% of commentators say it's an upgrade.

    I'm kinda with you, but I don't view Geno or DK as "stars". Neither was even top 10 at their position. The only player I see on the team that could qualify is Leo Williams. Witherspoon and JSN are getting close and may end up there this year. The last star the Seahawks dissed was Sherman, imo.

    I just found out D Jones was released - WooHoooo! As for Nwosu, I think he's a + player if healthy and motivated, so I'd just as soon keep him. If we land a ++ EDGE at 1.18 I might change my mind.
