    I was not asking about the draft, of course other teams will (should) improve with the draft. I specifically asked if just the improvement in coaching and with more time to play together would make any difference in the W column.

    I agree. They did look a little better towards the end of the season. I think with more time to gel and a different (much better scheme) the Hawks could make the playoffs.
