I hear ya. I just have been kicked in the gut so many times by this team. Hard to believe until I see it. LOVED seeing George lock in after that early struggle.

He's a fricken beast. FINALLY we have some stability at SS and 2B. Young and Emerson are gonna' be here for years to come.
Incredible draft picks. Several years of team control.

I expect 2027/2028 to be pretty fun years with Jonny Farmelo, Felnin Celestin, Ryan Bliss, Kade Anderson, and Ryan Sloan potentially playing alongside Young and Emerson. Not sure how Emerson/Celestin would shake out though, both being SS.

Anderson has been pitching insanely well in the minors. Some say he may be called up to pitch relief for the Ms this season.

Many thought Kade was the best player in his entire draft.
IIRC, we lucked out on the lottery that year and was able to grab him as high as we did - 2nd overall?

We haven't had a lefty starter since Robbie Ray was traded. Kinda looking forward to when he comes up, but our rotation is already crowded. Maybe a season or two in the pen wouldn't hurt him.

Dang, 4 runs and all the way around the rotation. I had to check if this was really a Mariners game I tuned in to.
