I expect 2027/2028 to be pretty fun years with Jonny Farmelo, Felnin Celestin, Ryan Bliss, Kade Anderson, and Ryan Sloan potentially playing alongside Young and Emerson. Not sure how Emerson/Celestin would shake out though, both being SS.
Anderson has been pitching insanely well in the minors. Some say he may be called up to pitch relief for the Ms this season.

IIRC, we lucked out on the lottery that year and was able to grab him as high as we did - 2nd overall?
We haven't had a lefty starter since Robbie Ray was traded. Kinda looking forward to when he comes up, but our rotation is already crowded. Maybe a season or two in the pen wouldn't hurt him.
I wouldn't mind him in the bullpen the rest of this season. Seems like it would work out well.

Unless and until we trade some arms for bats, that may be the only option.
I still think Kirby gets traded by the deadline. Don't want him to, but just a prediction.

Yeah, he's had better outings. Eventually got 3 outs, but gave up some runs. Thankfully, the ofense actually got them back.
