As of right now, I don't put Arch as the best QB coming out next year. I definitely have Dante Moore ahead of him right now. Dolphins, Cardinals, Browns and Jets will all be looking for a very early QB in the draft.

I don't think the Browns will be that bad. They had a decent draft and Verse is decent. Just don't have a QB. Cardinals and Dolphins are way worse. Not sure who the 3rd best QB is in the draft.
