Yeah, Canzone is slow, but getting rid of Canzone would be a great way to make our lineup worse. We only have 4 guys with a higher BA, and only 3 with a higher OPS. Canzone has 18 RBI's in 91 AB's. For reference, Julio has 20 RBI's in 180 AB's.

I'm not saying Canzone is some awesome all star level player or anything, but he's been one of our better and most productive hitters.

That nonsense just proved exactly why you can't have BOTH of them in the lineup at the same time, especially hitting near each other. They subbed BOTH of them for inferior players vs a "leverage" lefty that wont be seen again. We would have a better chance later vs Miller with either Raley or Canzone instead of the 2 scrubs. If you're gonna pull Raley for the "Handed-ness" of 1 ab, Canzone needs to be the replacement after & vice versa.
