I don’t know, I like Woolen. I would hate to see him anywhere else. How old is he? One thing about him is he has fallen a bit, especially since his interceptionfull rookie year (which is a whole nuther topic), and he has accepted his drop in the depth chart without becoming a cancer because of his attitude. He also acknowledged how bad his mistake could have cost us in the Rams game. He may be immature, but he’s maturing, he may get burned when his brain shuts off, but that’s fixable, you can’t fix no talent and talent he’s full of. I think Tariq is bought in and loves MM and is only going to improve, just like everyone else involved with the captain, even OC’s come here to grow (man… another topic)

Ummm.. why would Riq want to leave? This is about as united a team as you will find, eveyrone has everyones back, including Riq's. Mac doesn't excpect much of him other than to shut out the wideout, that's it

I can't figure out why he'd want to leave.

This is a tough call, and it's damn hard to make without knowing the personalities involved. Woolen has had a checkered career with us. He's had times when he's played like an All Pro, yet he's been benched for sloppy tackling/lack of motivation by two different coaching staffs.

The dumb ass taunting penalty in the Rams game that could have cost us a Lombardi might have been a turning point, lesson learned. It's hard to tell unless you're in the locker room with him.

I'm good with whatever Mac and JS decide.

Umm, how about money?

He will want more than the team will pay and that’s OK.
