Sincerely,
You got your bag,we got our ring.
I could be wrong but... I don't think JSN would have gotten the year he had since you left?
And secondly, I love how the team came together this past season not sure you would have bought in? But that's just conjecture at this point.

It didn't make sense to pay him what he was asking for, and I'm happy he got it, but he always "bought in" and fought for his teammates. By every indication, he's very well liked by those he plays with.

I can see he’s a very talented, physically gifted player however,
his brain doesn't keep with his physical attributes unfortunately.

He's a good guy, just passionate and can let his emotions get the best of him at times, which he improved at reigning in over his last several years here. That passion also drives a lot of his success.

He gets too much hate. I wish him the best, but for his team to still lose a lot since it's the Steelers.

Believe it or not, because, Metcalf requested the trade from the Seahawks, it helped Seattle win the Super Bowl.

Thank you, DK! I’m convinced if DK was still with Seattle, Seattle would NOT be World Champions today.

DK leaving immediately allowed JSN to develop into a super star best WR in the league. Seattle then used the pick received from the Steelers to get what should be DROY in Emmanwori who was one of the reasons Seattle beat the Rams in the NFC Championship game.

DK actually directly helped Seattle win the Super Bowl!

Thank you for thinking the grass is greener, DK, because of that, we won the Super Bowl!

Seattle Seahawks receive

  • No. 52 overall pick (part of package traded to Tennessee Titans for No. 35 overall pick, South Carolina safety Nick Emmanwori)
  • No. 223 overall pick - Round 7: Damien Martinez, RB, Miami

He played pretty well for years, waited until the offseason to seek a trade, got us a pick instead of leaving in FA, and got us a critical player to a SB win with that pick. DK's fine in my book.
I mean, he forced his way out. He wanted the new big contract and he got it elsewhere.
He was never worth the massive contract he wanted. Same for Geno.

Also, used the draft pick from the DK Metcalf trade to move up to pick Nick Emmanwori. That turned out to be a big piece of the defense.

Traded the second round pick they got from Pittsburgh and a third rounder to move up to 35 to pick Emmanwori.

Yeah, also, I think Geno, directly helped Seattle win the Super Bowl as well. Because Geno decided to leave it opened up the door for Darnold. And we don’t need to say anything more than this.

Thank you, Geno, for leaving!

We went 1 out of 2.

Martinez was a disappointment (thus was released and ended up on another team) but Nick EmmanWARRIOR was all that and a bag of chips.

So I humbly thank DK, Geno, and Russell Wilson for giving us the draft picks to build a Superbowl team and win it.

How much would you three pay to be on a team like you saw yesterday?

I remember when DK was first drafted. I was thrilled. Seattle needed a receiver of that caliber and he didn't disappoint. He was a great fit at the time, but not every great player fits everywhere for an extended period of time. I wish him well. Hope he does a little better with a few decisions and will always appreciate that 115 yard sprint to tackle Budda Baker after which the Defense kept Arizona from scoring (October 25, 2020). Once a Seahawk, Always....
