9 years ago was the last time we played a home game playoff game with fans (2020 had a home playoff game but no fans due to covid).

11 years since we advanced passed the divisional.

Its been a long time coming.

But this is OUR TIME

I have no doubt. But winning in the NFL is never easy. Every game is loseable

We have a lot of ways to beat them. Great special teams, deep defense, a lot of offensive weapons, a gelling OL, and a quarterback who has found some late-game moxie. And we're mostly healthy.

I'm nervous too, but this is pretty much a complete team.

This game has real 2013 div semi-final feel to it for me. A defence regarded as one of, if not the best in the league. However the offence cosidered to have question marks (remember the Baldwin / Cris Carter stuff about our receivers?). Not everyone completely sold on the QB (reasons are different). And the road team coming in, coming off an upset, with more of a track record, with a highly regarded offensive coach and QB

Young hungry players trying to prove themselves are far far more valuable to a team’s success than a proven veteran out there going through the motions.

Not true in every case, as you need guys like D Law and Leo, but as a whole, this is the spot you want the guys to be in. Hungry and unproven

No doubt about it, Seattle is the better team. I'm just praying for my own heart rate and blood pressure (yours as well if you watch the game live!) that it's not a one score game as they all predict. That already is making me nervous and its not even game day. Ugh I can feel it in my chest

On the whole, I think we have a pretty decent mix of youth and experience. Would like more vets with playoff experience, maybe, but I love the current makeup of the team.
