I just saw the slomo of the play you’re talking about with Pili. You can see how pissed Pili is after that Viking hits Jobe. Just absolute instant rage. Loved it!
when did this happen?Oh yeah he took out the linemen for the Vikings after his hit on Jobe. When that flag came out I surely thought it was on him lol
Was surprised. Even after the replay when we saw Pili was just retaliating, so often they get the second guy, not the actual perpetrator.Oh yeah he took out the linemen for the Vikings after his hit on Jobe. When that flag came out I surely thought it was on him lol

I was born at Fort Wainwright, don't remember it though, I was 20 months old when my dad was sent back to the lower 49.We here in Alaska take great pride in "our" NFL defensive Lineman! He was born in Anchorage, but raised in Utqiaġvik/Barrow, Alaska. Having lived in Kaktovik, Utqiaġvik/Barrow is a place I am very familiar with.
I was born at Ladd AFB/Fort Wainwright, which is part of Fairbanks, Alaska. I grew up mostly in North Pole, and spent a lot of my years in Umiat, Alaska where we had a lodge/Air Taxi/Contracting business. And, from Umiat I would travel to, and work at Ivotuk, which was a drill site set up for Oil Exploration.
I found some info on an ASRC (Arctic Slope Regional Corporation) page. The native population has done a good job setting up corporations, collecting taxes, and turning around and using the money for the health of the native population, and the modernization of homes and facilities.
They also do a very good job of preserving the Inupiat language, and way of life.
From the ASRC Page:
Pili comes from a diverse background. He is Iñupiat and Samoan, and is very proud of his heritage.
To Pili, being Inupiat is “very unique,” and he hopes to one day return to his former home in Utqiaġvik to learn more about the subsistence way of life and to give back to the community.

Brandon Pili has never been shy about his NFL goals. Playing for the NFL is something he’s aspired to since he was a kid. Currently in his second year as a defensive lineman for the University of Southern California (USC), Pili continues to put in the work to make his NFL dream a reality. Raised...www.asrc.com
I currently live in North Pole, the home of Darren Colledge (Green Bay Packers Guard). I've never met him, but knew his Uncle.
Hello Brother. I was born there when it was Ladd AFB, after which it was changed to Ft Wainwright. They built a new hospital that looks like Star Trek's Enterprise, and knocked my old hospital downI was born at Fort Wainwright, don't remember it though, I was 20 months old when my dad was sent back to the lower 49.
