I hope that Portland and the new ownership takes this opportunity to clean house. Cronin and the entire staff better be gone. As a lifelong Blazers fan, I have to say this team has become not focused on winning.Jody Allen. The Blazers at one time had the most consecutive playoff appearances. Was Tiago Splitter brought in specifically to head coach this team? It's possible. I would ❤ a fresh start. My wife gave me the news. I'm like cool! Get him (Billups) away from my team. Tabula Rosa....

This is a really big deal - Big time mafia names involved - game fixing accusations are coming out now. Reads like CIA level card cheating too - with special contact lenses and x ray tables to see the cards.

Imagine not seeing something like this as a possibility when sports betting is a major partner with the major sports leagues.

He should have been arrested long ago for impersonating a NBA coach. Dude is absolute garbage as a coach.

Crazy thing, he was arrested for scamming people in rigged poker games, for the mob.

And here we have the NFL now ushering the foxes into the hen house. Something tells me that this isn't nearly going to be the last story we hear of gambling threatening to compromise the integrities of the game.

Sounds like more than 30 former and current NBA stars and suspected mafia members have been arrested. Below indicates LeBron "accused," so not sure whether he's among those who were arrested:

This could change the whole landscape of sports. Wow. And do we think it's only happening in the NBA? I'll tell you what, this certainly is going to give the conspiracy guys a lot more ammunition.

I am just happy Jody's Golden Parachutes for the Trailblazers front office is/are taking a nose dive. Fun.

Tiago Splitter. Interim coach. I don't know anything about him....if his template is the same as Billups maybe we are in the market. Tom. Any news?

2 sports I would never gamble on NBA and Boxing both are too easy to fix. I have a few friends who loved gambling on the NBA they are now saying they won’t spend another penny on the NBA

My prediction is the NBA is going to lose a lot of money over this they will have less people gambling which will lead to less viewership which will lead to less income from advertising

He’s probably going to keep his mouth shut on it, because he wants to win in his political race. No need to say something dumb, and make the mob mad at you while running for office.

He said he might have to consider running for POTUS if people keep urging him to do so. What a douche.

Good thing the NFL is completely immune to anything like this ever being a possibility...

/Sarcasm off

This should be a wakeup call to some people that have had their heads in the sand.
