History remembers the LOB. A group of misfits and cast-offs turned into one of the most dominant defenses in NFL history. Well, say hello to the MOB (Mission over bullshit?). A phrase/acronym adopted by Seahawks players this year who are itching to carve their own imprint in Seahawks lore and starting to resemble a certain group of players who played with a similar take no prisoners attitude. #MOB #Mobties

Well, if it is "MOB" you want, better protect it!
Back when I was making LOB shirts, I sent some to the Defense through Kam and sold a few on eBay. One day, I received a call from the Seattle Seahawks' marketing team. The conversation went like this:
  • Marketing rep: "Hello, this is [name] from the Seattle Seahawks. I was curious about the t-shirts you have for sale and how many you've sold?"
  • Me: "Two."
  • Marketing rep: "Good answer. Take them down, as you violate copyright infringement laws."
He explained that the name was not protected by the fans, and the NFL now owned it, which is the same situation that happened to the 'Bills Mafia'. The Bills organization worked with the fan who created the name to officially trademark it, but it was still a team-owned asset."

I COULD HAVE BEEN RICH BACK THEN!

To me, MOB is 'Man Overboard'... which is totally inappropriate in this case... just sayin'.

I feel from here to eternity each iteration of a dominant Seahawks defensive unit should be called the Legion of Boom.

How about "The Brotherhood"
When someone on the D steps up and makes a play we just respond "Bruh"
