He's been horrific, even accounting for how bad the Titans are. He probably has more drops than catches and was considerably outplayed by every other receiver on that roster. I doubt he can be choosy, but maybe he's hoping some injuries will open a spot with a better team. Could be the Niners honestly.

All but 510k of Tyler’s money was guaranteed, and he’s worked off nearly half of it, leaving less than 300k to offset.

The Titans didn’t do this out of the goodness of their hearts. Any coach thinking of picking Tyler up should have a good understanding of why the titans felt it was in their interest now to reclaim Tyler’s roster spot. After all, former all pro WRs arent made available as low as vet min.
