Baker will melt down well before then... Unless this is the year he finally puts it all together. I just can't see them (him) continuing to win the way they are with one-off, miraculous plays. At some point, the well runs a bit dry.
Bucs fans thinking the same about Darnold. IMO, Baker gets injured before he melts down. Dude is tough as nails, but still rides on a smaller frame and engages the game with reckless abandon.

I meant to post this earlier but got distracted with life stuff. I can’t tell you how tickled I was reading the thread about how NFL.com has us ranked at #3 and many of us thought that was too high.

This is comedy gold.

Several of us are like, “No, a little too high. 5-7 sounds about right”. Talk about rich people problems. I’m not sure what we expected 6 games into the 2025 season but to be debating if we are the 3rd or 5th best team in the NFL is giving me a good laugh in the best of ways.

Enjoy this season! Savor each game (or for a scaredy cat like me after the fact), and realize your Seattle Seahawks are one of the best teams in the NFL right now.

Insightful perspective and agree. I prefer this debate over the "WTF, there's no way 23 teams are better than us".

Any rankings that DROP the Chiefs 2 spots for BEATING the Lions is pretty damn worthless. Glad we are up there and I think we are very solid but does seem a touch high.

Reminds me a bit of 2004 and now I had to pinch myself when the Hawks gradually rose to No1 and then made the spot home for quite a while (between 1 and 2) and how they then did it again in 2012. I kept thinking 'this can't be real' and waiting for the wheels to fall off.

It's a great feeling for sure and even better if you have been around from the early days and survived the 90s.
Oh man..the early 90s were horrible, ESPECIALLY when we had the DPOY on our team and only won two games. I came oh so close to becoming a Lions fan because of Barry but I just couldn’t jump ship. Glad I didn’t.

Barry Sanders was one of those rare guys I could root for outside of my team. I loved to watch him play.

Yeah, Sanders and Payton were the two greatest RB's of the SB era.

Mad respect for Sanders when he walked away...just didn't love the game anymore. Class act and humble.
Can you blame him?

Played for the Lions 10 seasons as the Lions were a consistent underachiever back then (well as much as making the playoff 5 times and reaching the NFCCG once can be considered underachieving, I guess). 🤷‍♂️
