Good discussion point though. Not sure how they can address the lack of execution and improve efficiency. If there isn't something inherently wrong with the approach with given level of current talent, each player has to "do their job better" to get this going.

Anyone in here with coaching experience noticing what they might be able to do that might make a difference?
