I mean if he were to be plucked, I think it might set the team back as it always takes time for a team to gel with both coach and players. Systems clicking doesn't come over night. I think this would be a setback, but it comes with the nature of the game.

I mean if he were to be plucked, I think it might set the team back as it always takes time for a team to gel with both coach and players. Systems clicking doesn't come over night. I think this would be a setback, but it comes with the nature of the game.

Teams must be very desperate to just go after OC's every year who have some modicum of success.

But if that happens, the next OC had better be using the same style of offense that the Hawks are currenly using.

Otherwise, I don't think Darnold will be as effective.

Jake Peetz is learning and being groomed if this scenario were to happen. Not saying he’d be ready or win the job but that’s definitely happening for continuity.

Moreso the guy whose dad had serious health scares with each HC position he had. I dunno if Klint would get a HC offer either. If he did though, it would be interesting if all the health scares his dad had as a HC (but not as a coordinator/assistant coach) would affect his decision.

I honestly do not know what to think about a lot of the OC's under PC. We really don't know how much he mingled or did not mingle with their scheme.
