He seemed to be singled up on DK quite a bit, and neutralized him pretty well.
A Bama fan on YouTube was saying that Jobe's recent NFL success was NOT a surprise to Bama fans who saw him play in college.

Every DB that has a handful of good games is the next [insert all-time great player], lol. Wasn't Reek THE guy and now he's borderline fodder...

Not to take anything away from what he's done with a handful of snaps, but one busted play and those numbers would get skewed. Props for two great games, but let's pump the brakes. Hopefully he keeps it up for the next 4 years.

Uh, not gonna "chill" or "pump the brakes" because it was merely a question mark, not some giddy, gushing anointing thinking he will be the next [insert all-time great player].

Those are great numbers for Jobe. Glad he's out there.

But maybe he won't be targeted much because... (and not to hijack the thread) ...look at bottom-center for Woolen.

I don’t think Riq’s issues are talent. I think if he gave 100% on every play we’d have a phenomenal player there. I don’t know if he’s lazy or just doesn’t want to be in Seattle but too often he plays like he doesn’t care.

The title of the thread literally asks if he's the next Dick Sherman, lol.

Well, Couch, I'm not going to stop posting. That would be the only way to "pump the brakes," the thread's subject of which you misconstrued -- the meaning was actually "Could he eventually prove to be similar to?". So to "pump the brakes" on a benign statement like that makes me feel like, gosh, I guess I shouldn't post anything around here and maybe my keyboard should be confiscated.

In other words, no thanks, I'm not going to "chill" or "pump the brakes" to bring up a discussion like this, and I consider it unfortunate that it got jumped on the way it did.

No one said stop posting (lol), escalating much? Pump the brakes means to slow down on the HOF trajectory the kid is appatently on after a handful of plays, not to stop talking about him at all.

Why have discussions about him being the next Sherman? Seems silly given how much he's actually contributed. Like I stated earlier, he's one bad play away from being average.
