Couple very nice plays for Darnold but he just looked SO awkward spinning out of that pocket on the Barner jailbreak. It happened, though.

Our offensive weapons woke up once the gameplan wasn't so excessively timid. And if JSN's having trouble as the #1 receiver, I'm not seeing it.

Pete not only flew out on Fri, IIRC he had them practicing at 10 am in the week before the road games.

Perhaps MM is doing that as well.

Oh, and Holmie used to fly on Fri as well, but we sucked at 10am under him.

Last year, the schedule did not work in our favor. We played numerous playoff teams at the clink last season. That had something to do with our poor showing. Hopefully we have improved enough to improve that home record this year, starting next Sunday.
