I am not a Luis Robert fan (he is hurt a lot), although he has some high-level skills.

For the first time ever, I am excited to see Hancock's next outing. I want to see if he continues what he did in his last game.

Yes to technology to call balls and strikes accurately. If batters can scarely compute the ball's speed, movement, and location well enough to bat over .400 (with most not even being able to break .250), neither can umps compute to consistently make accurate calls.
