Oh my God, Celab is so the second coming of Russell Wilson, down to his own media army. Shane Waldron was the OC, and film review with Celab etc was primarily the duty of QB coach. Yes, Waldron should spend some time one one-on-one with Celab, but babysitting him wasn't Waldron's job. Our generational talent is shoving Shane under the bus, wrong, rolling the tires over Shane to save Celag's image.

Russell's people just smeared Arthur Smith for not allowing him to call audibles, now, his disciple is smearing Shane for not babysitting him.

I dont think he reviewed film with him because reviewing film is about analyzing what the defense is doing and talking about what the offense's reaction should be. THAT was Shane's major weakness. Have him desihn plays. Thats it. Put him in real game situations where he has to adapt and scheme on the fly? Nope.

That's why he is playing 'support' for Udinski in Jax . He is not qualified to be an OC. Never was.
