He took a cheap shot at the knees, and the opposing player got penalized and fined for it.
I'm aware, He missed 11 games last year then this year after coming back from the cheap shot, re injured himself after 5 plays.

Walker out yet again. Time to address the running back room this off season. It's obvious walker is not a reliable back as far as staying healthy all season, and frankly with this OLines run blocking woes, charbs is a non factor. We need another dynamic back in the stable that can cut on a dime and make people miss. I wish mackintosh would get a chance at some carries, hes all that. Just my take.

Well… Coach Mike wasn’t lying in his presser yesterday then. Soo.. not surprised.

I will say I’m over walker and his juking and stuttering around. And I’m over people harping and wanting a “dynamic” back. He is dynamic, his style of rb doesn’t fit this style of offense and cannot last or be durable to grind out what this offense needs. A Bully, a grinder, a bulldog, Beastmode Lynch type back is what’s needed here. And those who want to say he’s not dynamic please elaborate.. actually no don’t as your “definition” of dynamic will vary vs mine and everyone else’s.

So Charb, Mcintish and Holani will be the RBs for this game? Charb did have a few good runs in 4th or 3rd quarter of the Jets game, let hope that he can build on that.

If you were referring to my post I said we need to find "another" dynamic rb for the stable. As in we have one but he can't stay healthy, we need another one.

As far as him stuttering and dancing around, that's what he's left with because there is very rarely a hole to run through. The problem is the OLine, not the RB.

As far as a marshawn lynch type back, that'd be great, I'm all in. Tough to find those though.

I’d rather have an offensive line that can make an average running back look average, than another potential star RB who’s potential is wasted here.
Thay would be ideal. Hopefully that's the direction they go this spring.

i disagree on the hole, and it wasnt meant for just you, i keep hearing this a lot more than just outside here.

Last week walker had wholes, he avoided them and ran into coverage instead of adjusting. Imo walker is slow to process whats infront of him and making a choice and aptly adjusting. Marshawn would adjust, him and Mike Rob talk about it quiet a bit in thier podcasts.

he has PTSD and is no longer trusting his line. Do you blame him?

Huge part of any team sport is trusting your team members to do their job as assigned. The O-line has had difficulty doing this all year, to say the least. I share the feeling that the RBs have gotten gun shy from getting hit microseconds after taking the handoff from the QB. I've seen some improvement lately, but it takes time to build up that trust to where the RB can focus on where he's supposed to go instead of having his head on a swivel looking for daylight wherever it might show.

"Commitment to the run game" includes taking the time to let that trust between the RBs and the line grow.
