Williams air mailed more than one snap that was costly, Geno also has 1-2 that were on him. It happens

He had a pretty awful injury in Miami and most teams understandably felt he would need a full year off to heal. That said, mid season is surprising. Possible he’s just completely burnt out on staying in game shape and rehabbing. I know MM said the team discussed moving him to guard, hopefully there isn’t some bad juju in the locker room.

Yeah, there were a few that were technically bad snaps that Geno probably could have caught had he been paying attention. But then maybe Connor was a bit off the count, too. Timing issues as well?

I'd rather try Sundall than Oluwetemi. I just don't think he's physically up to it

Olu's history is a repetitive one of always starting at the bottom and working/earning his way to the top. Every time. I am confident he could do it again. I am also confident Coach will stick to his "it's a competition" routine.

Very disappointing. I'm sure there's more to the story, but I wish the coaches could have talked him into staying. Just as we get Lucas back, we now have a hole at center. We'll have growing pains with Olu for sure.

I want to thank Connor Williams. It wasn't pretty at times but coming back from a major injury I imagine is not easy. I hope he figures it out and wish him nothing but the best. Next man up. At least we see what we have for next year.
