New LB that we got for a mediocre draft pick, looks really good... just wondering, we must have had some really bad LBS
Tape on Baker looked really bad from what I saw from him. Might be more something to Macdonald simplifying things.

There was a few things I read this week
1) It was all about positioning. We kept being out of position
2) MM said he was going to simplify and reduce number of options that could be changed into at LOS
I read that as too complicated too quickly for the players and it has led to people out of position
