I have never been able to decide if Cowherd is a diehard Seahawks fan in disguise or a Seahawks hater. He's shown both sides of the fence in his takes over the years.

He's a Patriots fan but he likes Seattle because that's the team he grew up watching

Maybe it's both. I mean the way a lot of us talk about the Seahawks you could see us as a fan and a hater lol.

I really like Colin.
He speaks well, but something about the tone of his show I don't enjoy. I think because it's like pitch quiet and then just him talking into a very clear microphone. Almost like it's just someone sitting at night in their basement and recording their daily journal.

When it comes to analysts that are very well spoken, I miss Clayton.

I think he's a Seahawks fan who wants to appear objective

I think he was a Seahawk hater at first, just to prove to his national audience he wasn't a homer. Then, he started showing Russell some love then came back to the middle where he gives credit when and where it's due. I've grown to like Colin, and I really enjoy listening to his colleague John Middlekauff.

I think Cowherd is a bit of an ignorant windbag but I can see how people find him entertaining.

Last year he said Geno would never hold up an AFC Championship trophy over Mahomes or Burrow.

Very nice of Colin, but probably not this year. We might win a playoff game, though, and that'll be fun.

If I'm wrong, that'll be awesome, because if Geno's gonna win the big dance, it'll have to be sooner rather than later.

You answered your own question.

He wants to be a diet - Seahawks fan, always mentions he lived up here in the PNW like that matters . Then he'll body slam them in a millisecond.

In his defense, he's supposed to be impartial.

I think the thing about Cowherd that irritated me was his soliloquy laced theories that had no real substance and often made him look very stupid in the end. I grew tired of them and stopped listening. Like " how Midwest team owners think "

Is Cowherd still on TV or radio or he has become just another YouTuber?

Cowherd is a complete tool who just likes to hear himself talk. If he's calling the Seahawks SB contenders, I guarantee it's only because the fans and media members he listens to are largely saying they're not. He thinks that taking the contrarian stance on everything makes him smarter than everyone else.

That's not to say the Seahawks definitely aren't legitimate contenders; I would just prefer to hear it from someone whose knowledge I actually respect.

I liked him when he was a local Portland show - not as concerned with having a "Hot Take" - once he went Espn his analysis went downhill in a hurry.

Let us not forget he said that the Broncos were a Superbowl favorite after the ME3 trade. Jesus - anyone with a brain knew that was utter fantasy.

So he’s doing better than most and I’ll take it
