I am not surprised, dude played in the NFL for 20 years and he was well respected among other players for being tough and not pussy footing around. Back when I played it was a daily occurrence that I would get my “ bell rung”either practice or a game but you knew to never say anything

looking at it now at the age of 61 was probably not the best decision. In todays game getting your bell rung would be diagnosed as a concussion. If you ask Brett I bet if given a chance he would do it all again
