Big series here at a time when we can't afford to lose games.

Probables:

Tue: Luis Gil RHP (13-6, 3.18 ERA, 156 SO) vs Bryan Woo RHP (8-2, 2.38 ERA, 82 SO)

Wed: Nestor Cortez LHP (9-10, 3.90 ERA, 156 SO) vs Bryce Miller RHP (11-8, 3.12 ERA, 158 SO)

Thu: Clarke Schmidt RHP (5-3, 2.41 ERA, 74 SO) vs Logan Gilbert RHP (7-11, 3.24 ERA, 198 SO)

IF they somehow can get 2 of 3? It's going to get very interesting. I still think they come up short, but until it's over..........it's not over.

Yeah, the Yanks are a tough nut to crack. At least we're on a bit of a roll here. If our bats stay hot, maybe our pitching can slow them down enough to win a couple. A guy can hope.

Hard to think anything but 1-2. But keep wearing those City things......record speaks for itself in those.

Not a good game all around. Was at the game with my wife. Not sure what Robles was thinking trying to steal home on a 3-0 count with bases loaded.

I didn't catch the first inning and just found out this happened. What in the world is going on with this team even our best players are doing unreal things.

Once I saw Robles do that, I turned off the game, deleted the DVR recording. I'm officially done this year.

They played him. It was a bad decision. To make matters worse, he hurt his hand on the slide. 🤦‍♂️

Little league stuff. There is ZERO excuse for him trying to steal. The bases were loaded. It was a 3-0 count, after 3 pitches that weren't even close. He's gonna' walk a guy in.

Julio with a brain fart. Two games in a row with bad decisions at 3rd base costing at least a chance at a score.

Quite possibly the dumbest way to lose a game. Only the Mariners. Cursed franchise. Simple as. They don't deserve the playoffs though let's be real. Try again next year, losers.

He was more concerned about how he would look with dodging the bat coming in his direction that he lost ALL sight of the fact that he was about to be picked off.

The "kid" needs to grow the F up!

Another pathetic loss.

They don't take themselves seriously... so why should I???

I used to love the Mariners... but they are currently a joke (not talking about the pitching staff... they've been great this year!).

I well remember the year of "Refuse to Lose"... but these Mariners (minus the pitching staff) don't deserve to smell the jocks of the "Refuse to Lose" team.

^Agreed. Julio is too smiley and kid like. Head isn't in a state of playing at the highest level. Doesn't equate to winning. The difference between him and Griffey is Griffey played the game and had fun doing it, Julio is just happy he gets to play baseball.
