I'm mildly optimistic. Two seasons in, he should be used to NFL speeds at this point.

If he maintains good health, I think our left side could be pretty good. George Fant is a solid replacement at RT, so the issues is going to continue to be the interior of the OL.

This is where hopefully Grubb's background comes in handy. Waldron couldn't figure out a way to help his guys overcome their deficiencies through scheme (particularly on run plays), so if Grubb can do that...?
