Thoughts are you better pump the brakes until you see him against a starting defense and that you owe me 100$

lol 😂 loathsome life of a 49ers fan hanging out on a Seattle board.

He looked very good, but MVP? That might be a stretch.

However, if my man stays healthy and our O-Line actually gives him a pocket every once in a while, I wouldn't be shocked to see him make his third straight Pro Bowl, which you gotta admit is pretty crazy for a guy who spent so many years riding the bench.

He was up against a starting defense tonight. Pretty darn good one too. But yeah, might be early to count MVP votes.
Not really. 1/2 the defensive line 2/3 of the linebackers and all the corners were twos. Also missing the DPOY Myles Garrett

They also started mostly twos on offense

Yeah that defense did well against S.F. last season. I that might've even beat them

Geno is good. This is not news.
It is, to those skeptics that only see what he did playing for that other abysmal franchise and are ignorant of his work and dedication. Is he Mahomes or Brady? No - but as long as we're not talking fantasy league, I'd take him over a LOT of others.

To 10 QB, easily. He's taken very little beating over the years (See: Marcus Allen, KC Chiefs), and should have another 5 years of good to great QB play in him.

Geno, MVP???

Cool your jets Bro, this is a team from So. Alaska to the mediots and even if he actually played to that level Mahommes, Burrow, Allen, and/or some other player likely overrated by the media or the eastern markets would get the nod. A Seahawks player even being potentially considered for MVP is an extraordinary thought and sadly unrealistic.

I wouldn't call myself a Geno hater, but that MVP remark is truly laughable.

I want to see Geno improve his red zone and 3rd down efficiency. Last season, despite having what should be some pretty awesome weapons, he had one of the lowest red zone completion percentages for starting QB's and as a team, we were ranked in the bottom 1/3 of the league in 3rd down conversion percentage.

And before someone says it, yes, I understand that scheme and play calling has a lot to do with those stats.

Marker my words! If Geno stays healthy I predict this season will be one of the best performances from a Seahawks QB of all time.

This system is perfect for Geno and will take the NFL by storm. The oline will look tremendous in part because of how fast the ball will come out a good bit of the time. Deffenders will be on their heals due to us not being predictable.

So has it been said, so shall it be done!

Fun Fact: Geno received a top-five MVP vote in 2022.

If Grubb is the real deal, Geno's inclusion in the MVP conversation would not be shocking at all. He's already proven he can perform near that level. He has the toolset. And the Seahawks are loaded on offense.

But Jammer we will have a rookie finish second for rookie player of the year again this upcoming season
