The Seahawks play in the NFL but they’re also a business entity, instead of bellyaching about their product, contact customer service [email protected]
and explain to them in a polite way as possible that their product sucks and even looks bad (lime green). Change might not happen over night. Pete’s VP, he has a boss other than Jody.

Spamming the customer service line with concerns about football operations isn't going to do anything but annoy a helpful customer service agent, with likely zero clue about football operations, who wants to try to answer ticket and stadium experience questions.

You guys cannot actually be this desperate, right? Pestering customer service because you're mad that your favorite team isn't the best in the NFL?

"Hey, I have a concern about tight ends not being used enough in the offensive gameplan?"

"Sir, this is the concession stand"

"Yeah but you could help maybe?"

*next day*

Dear Seahawks Customer Service,

Just wanted management to be aware of something. The Seattle Seahawks have lost several games this year. This is not a good customer experience.

Excuses. The beauty with email is there is a subject line that’s usually used to identify where the email should be forwarded. It’s easy peasy, a simple email is usually the best, doesn’t have to include X’s and O’s.

If they hear it enough from enough people they’ll make changes. Ignoring your customer’s concerns is bad business. I can almost guarantee the local media is pretty much the only channel of communication between fans (customers) and the team.

If you want to in influence change, cancel your season tickets and send in a letter. You've got to attack the revenue.

Email’s have a subject line so people like a customer service agent knows who to forward it to. It’s easy peasy, might even get free tickets and/or merchandise as a concession…
