Well, I'm happy about the two decades comment.

Being 73 y/o means the Seahawks are likely staying put through the rest of my lifetime, and for that I'm thankful.

You're forgetting all of the 'fact based', insider Intel that says Jody is an absentee owner, cares little for the team, knows even less about football, and in her indifference, has blindly given over full control to Pete and John as defcato 'captains of the titanic'. Which of course came after they manipulated her into believing they weren't the reason the team had been falling short.

I hadn't heard anything saying a sale was imminent, but doesn't Paul's estate require it to be sold by some amount of years? I think that's where the confusion was, at least for me. I was under the impression that Jody can't just keep the team forever.
