Tony Romo gets paid 22.8 times more from the Cowboys per year than Russel Wilson gets per year from the Hawks.

Oh, but does he have a pay day coming! His bang for the buck is now higher than any rook QB in NFL history. Russ is making rarified air even more rare.

Steal for now, it won't be that way forever. And he deserves whatever he gets.

Although, and I've made this point before, that Pete's offense is purposely built to not necessarily showcase any one guy and thus the stats will be spread out and the contracts won't be crazy. Not that he built the offense with that in mind, but spreading the ball around makes great sense and this is a byproduct.

Hopefully it holds up at the contract table.

Such is the fate in finding a diamond in the rough. At least for 3 years before you can renegotiate.

How does a thread about what Russell makes get moved to the NFL forum? The mere mention of another player for comparison damns a thread to secondary irrelevance?
