I can see that the x-axis is the number of weeks, but what is the y-axis supposed to be? The numbers are weird, as they go into the negatives.

It has to be rankings...

Well that's my guess anyway

The numbers on the y-axis have to be power rankings. Ignore the "-". If you look at Denver, they hover around #1 most of the season. The Seahawks are in the top 3/5 most weeks. I'm not sure whose power rankings they're using, though.

Given the page is entitled Week 10 Power Rankings, I'd say the supposition that the y axis is power rankings is likely on the money.

Damn, the Falcons just tanked it. Started close to the top and and now ranked 29.

On those graphs, there are two teams that have been quite consistent - Seahawks and Broncos. Look at the graph for those teams compared to others, I believe it's quite telling.
