With all the players we have to resign I wouldn't pay O'Kung a lot of money he's hurt far to often . That money would be better spent on Sherman Bennett and Thomas. They need to find a replacement for him regardless his continual foot injury's are becoming a major liability.

:141847_bnono: You don't give up on good LT's that fast. At least without a replacement in the wings.

This is quite the conundrum. The guy is a total stud when healthy, but has had his health issues. Lt is a very very hard spot to fill. There is a reason Lt and qb are commonly top five picks every single draft. I personality don't think we can let him go because we will not be high enough draft wise to get a replacement near his ability.

He needs to out this pain behind him the next few weeks. Need him to play angry and put Quinn on his ass all day.

good LT's dont grow on trees. Dude is fragile, no doubt. We definitely need to look at improving the oline.

tough one for sure...great when he plays...just too hurt too much of the time imo to give him huge cash.

I wouldn't give up on him yet but it might be prudent to draft a dang good back up that could eventually become the starter.

Hopefully the Hawks will be looking for a guy that can fill in on the left or right side. Maybe he's already on the roster?

Just a pro bowler but we need to replace him ya know?

We should replace Sherman and Thomas too, maybe even Wilson.

I wouldn't mind using our late 1st round pick to draft an o-lineman. And adding a tackle to push Okung is not a bad idea.

No point in having a star QB if he's running for his life.

Seantrel Henderson from Miami might be available.

You don't find star Left Tackles late in the first round or on the cheap in FA anymore. Sorry. They are the highest drafted position and the second highest paid in the NFL (behind QBs). Not saying Okung is worth a ton of money, but we saw what happened at the tackle position when you put guys with no pedigree in there. It's like people have no memory of the fact our O-Line was the worst in protection while Okung was injured. RW is STILL wearing a sleeve on his shoulder from that mess.
