So due to budget issues, my wife and I will be cancelling the cable at the end of the season  . So my question is: is there any LEGAL way to watch Seahawks game on the internet? I am ok paying, I just want to know what is out there. Thanks!

Watching streams is not illegal. So only illegal way to watch games is to steal your neighbours cable.

buy a slingbox and set it up at a friends place. You can watch and control that box from your computer and/or your smartphone. Set up is pretty easy as well.

Appears you're in Portland, which means since they usually show the 'Hawks as a home market team, you should be able to catch them on local channels with rabbit ears. It's what we have, and I have no troubles watching any 'Hawks game. $20 bucks and you're in business.

Slingbox and the rabbit ears solution both work. There is a gamepass on the NFL website that allows you to watch all the games, just not live, so although it's not the best option. It is an option if you don't like any of the others, you just have to wait a few hours to get the feed activated.
