When was the last time we failed to score in the red zone?

Just saw Wilson's QB rating in the red zone, he balls in it. Even though QB rating is inflated in the redzone due to a TD being so close, he has been doing very well in it.

I see the last time we had to kick a field goal was the Minnesota game, but it was from 40 yards out, so it might not have been the redzone. Anyone know?

If it was a 40 yard field goal, the ball must have been snapped from on or about the 23 yard line.
