By Espn, only showing the pertinent good stuff. Also keep in mind several hawk set records during the year

Total Defense by yards 16th
Total Defense by scoring per game 11th 21.7 PPG
Total Defense passing yards per game 17th
Total defense by rushing yards per game 13th

Total Offense by yards 18th
by rushing yards per game 1st 4 rushers over 300 yards 1st team to do that (3 rbs and a QB)
By points per game 6th 26.8 PPG

Individual
Wagner #4 in total tackles 138
Clark #6 sacks at 14
Reed #17 sacks at 10.5 (3rd amongst DT)
Thomas and McDougal 18th in Forced Fumbles
Seabass #18 in FGM and 23nd in FG PCt, Seabass #4 in Extra Points made 22nd in %
Dickson #5 in punt yards, #2 in Avg, #10 inside 20, 17 in avg return
Lockett #13 in total kickoff return yards. #8 in longest return.
Carson 5th in yards, 7th in rushing tds, 4th in YPG(Davis was 39th by yards, Penny 50th, Wilson 56th)
Wilson 3rd in TDs, 2nd in td/int ratio, 3rd in Qb rating
Lockett 6th in Rec yards avg, 6th in tds, 14th in 20+,

Now the ones that are most important in my opinion
Total Defense by scoring per game 11th
Total offense By points per game 6th

Those 2 numbers say we have a great chance of winning every game

Looking at our schedule and the offenses we have faced and defenses we did really well, it's always hard to predict each year who is going to jump up. Rams, Bears, Cheifs, Chargers, Panthers and Vikings thats a pretty impressive bunch of teams to go against. We did it while piecing together a new offense and assembling a new defense. We earned those marks the hard way and not with a patsy schedule.

Looks good given the situation this year. You can tell the team is beginning to trend upwards again to the top 10 eventually in multiple categories. I fully expect this young defense with another year under their belt to be a top 10 defense next season. Same with the offense. We may never be high ranked in passing obviously but with yet more experience, the offense will find their way and I have no doubt we are looking at a top 10 offense AND defense in the next few years.

Bottom line.....It is all up to Pete and his coaching staff to put together a game plan that WORKS!!

That's only 1/3 the equation. Once they have the game plan the players need to execute it, and adjustments need to be made in a timely matter. We get all 3 we win.

That was a "given". However, they need a game plan in order to starting practicing. This is a short week....they leave Friday.
