I promise I'm not saying this due to an emotional loss. I always felt that Coach Norton really set the tone for this squad. He had an intangible leadership that I think the players really respected and to which they responded. I was very surprised when he was not offered the DC job. I was bummed to see him go.
It's always more complex than I think, but I have a feeling that this defense would not have lost as much swagger as they have with Kenny in charge.
