Upon a rewatch I thought both Nowak and Glowinski were very promising.
The both looked strong (notably moreso than Lem and Bailey), moved well, stayed on their feet, got to the 2nd level, held up in pass pro, and finished plays to the whistle.
This was all against Denver's reserves, so I would not be surprised to them elevated to first string (Glowinski to LG) in games coming up.
Also, the Nowak snap didn't sail over Tjack's head; he snapped it on target soon as Shane Ray encroached on the neutral zone, as center's are taught to do in order to draw the penalty, which he did - Tjack wasn't ready.
