Yes, I know it won't happen. Just saying if *I* were in charge I'd be willing to explore the idea. Cleveland likely isn't thrilled with the QBs in this draft and might want to stack picks for next year to get in position for the Sam Darnold sweepstakes. Garrett would help any team but DE is probably not one of their top needs, especially in a 3-4 defense (Garrett is 272 with room to grow) - Garrett profiles more as a 4-3 DE than a 3-4 OLB or especially a 3-4 DE. Because of the lack of QBs clearly worthy of the top pick, and the overall depth of this draft pick, we would probably be able to give up significantly less than the Rams when they traded up to take Tennessee's #1 overall pick.
But yeah, it's a pipe dream.
