For me, it is probably Russell, in our offense. He showed some real growth last year in some areas where has not always excelled, and I'm excited to see what that looks like in year 2.

Why would you be disappointed with Penny last year? 5 YPC is tough to beat.

I'm excited to see Jamarco Jones, not sure if growth is the right word.

Really interested to see if Kallan Reed can run with the nickel job.

Did they redshirt Shaquem last season, or was he just not a good enough football player to play? Either way, I'm excited to see if they can get some pass rush out of him this season.

Delano Hill, I guess. Man, I dunno, they need to find some more young studs somehow.

Cause if you watched the games, you'd know Penny was complete garbage.

I am most excited about Carson. He still has room to grow. and if he does improve, he will be all-pro running back.
Dissly too
Poona too
Flowers too

If Penny could learn from Carson to run up the middle with mentality to punish whoever trying to stop him. Penny could be that 3 down back every team wants. As is he either danced or hit the ‘hole’ without gusto, and seldom gain yards after first contact.

I highly doubt you can beat the soft out of him. If you come to training camp out of shape and unable to learn the playbook, you better be gone

If Tedric cleans up his tackling and stops whiffing when going low, I think he could be a first-tier safety.

Most exciting, though? Gotta be Poooooooooooooooonaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, right?

Despite his injury, I'm going with Dissly. I'm also eager to see what Penny can do as RB#2, he wasn't as bad as some people think. Poona is someone I think is going to make a name for himself this upcoming season, and hopefully Green can stand out too.

I am a huge fan of Tre Flowers. I am not a huge fan of Shaquill Griffin. He showed flashes of being very good, but overall he's been a huge liability. I believe he has all the skill in the world but he lacks situational understanding and awareness.. without this it's impossible to be a great CB. I am hoping either he takes a big step or Pete/JS find someone who can fill that spot.

Shaq rated 111th CB and below average on the pff scale. You won't win any SBs with below average CB play like this from you LCB. Flowers ranked 64 which is an average CB#2. I'm hoping they take some guys to compete for that LCB job .

The Shaq brothers, Penny, both coordinators & PC.
On the last part, make much quicker adjustments if something isn’t working.
Don’t stick with a failing gameplan into the 4th quarter because of ego.

All the young guys but mostly:

Will Dissly. He gives Russ a great target who can also block. He's going to be Zach Miller but potentially better.

Penny can be another receiving target to make an impact next season. He's great in space.

The secondary can be better. I'm not saying better than with Earl but better than the unit after Earl. These are a bunch of young guys.

The young edge guys, Martin, Green and Jones.

Here's hoping for Jones, Simmons and Pocic to bring some competition for OL depth. After a year with Solari and coming back healthy these three should be stepping up.

I wouldn’t be shocked if flowers and shaq swap positions. Flowers looked like Sherm from a distance.

I feel the same. Flowers looked much better than Shaq. Shaq singlehandedly lost a game for us, I don't recall Flowers doing that
