Where can I find information about watching some practices?

I see stuff for past years about signing up for watching practices at the VMAC but I dont see any official information for this year? Did they discontinue it? It says on the hawks site that they allow people to watch but there isnt much more information about it.

Seahawks.com will announce it, they have a ton of practices you can go to. Usually they don't announce the dates until sometime in June

practices are typically packed but i have a feeling this season is going to RAGE.

Yeah they are (in a limited capacity) but they aren't open to the public. Only specific training camp practices are open to the public.
