Whatever happened to Lofa ??

There are number of players who Lofa is an upgrade over. While he may not be a starter, he still can be an effective reserve. He has football smarts and that is something that is needed for any team. BTW, look at the sizes of the current LBs on the Seahawk roster. Lofa would be the 2nd or 3rd biggest on the team. He's not that small. He just can't stay healthy.

Simply Put - Lofa is my favorite LB of all time. His decline was one of the more painful things I've had to watch...
